Tsurugizaki is a cape located in Matsuwa, Minamishimouracho, Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, at the southeastern tip of the Miura Peninsula.
The Geospatial Information Authority of Japan's maps refer to it as "Tsurugizaki," while the Japan Coast Guard's nautical charts refer to it as "Tsurugisaki."
There are several other ways to write and call the local place name. At the tip of the island is Tsurugisaki Lighthouse.
It has been designated as one of Kanagawa's 50 most scenic spots.
