"Several agglomerates eroded by the waves stand upright in the sea like swords. Long ago, there was an ascetic named En no Ozunu who was skilled in magical arts. The ascetic possessed a mysterious straw raincoat which he would fly over Cape Irozaki and Oose. Legend has it that the ascetic would hang out in this raincoat to take a rest.
